Reference Sheet
$20-75 USDreference sheets will include:
- front and back view of the character
- a reference of the markings
- three likes and dislikes
- any additional props or character details
- a color palette
Additional costs
- $10-15 USD extra for a detailed background
- $10 USD extra per character added to the commission (ex: 2 extra characters would have $20 USD added to the total of the commission)
- $10 USD extra for complicated or intricate character designs.

If you break any of these terms you will be put on a permanent blacklist.GENERAL TERMS- I have the right to refuse any commission. I do not have to give a reason for it being canceled or refused.
- I will not change my art style for the commission. If you ask me to replicate or reference someone’s style I will decline.
- You can communicate with me through instagram, twitter, or my email which is [email protected]
- A queue will be on Trello. Please do not spam me or keep asking when the commission will be done. It will usually take between a week or two to finish it. I will respond to messages in usually 24 hrs or less, so please keep this in mind.
- Commissions may be delayed if something happens, but I will be sure to notify anyone that is waiting for theirs to be finished.
- Once the commission is finished I will not go back to edit anything you are dissatisfied with. If I made a mistake on the design I will go back and retouch it.
- The commissioner or gift receipt may repost the art. Credits must be given to me. (mention me in some sort of way so that I can see the post.)
- I will not remove my watermark from the drawings. You are not allowed to remove or move this in any way, shape, or form.PAYMENT/REFUNDS- Payments are via Paypal only. Usually I will send my paypal link, but if we need to discuss another method we can do so.
- I will not start the commission until the payment is made. After the payment is made I will send a general sketch of the character/characters so that you are able to correct me on anything you would like to edit. During any of the WIPS I send please share anything you dislike about it so I can correct it! I want to make sure everyone’s commission turns out how they would like it!
- If I have to cancel a commission, you will get a full refund.
Refunds can only be made two weeks after the payment if I have not sent over any -WIPS.
- I will not accept refunds after the commission is done. Refunds will be available after the sketch is sent, but it will not be the exact amount if I have started on the drawing already. With the refund you will get the file of the commission. Once the lineart is started, I will not accept any refund.
- If there is a deadline that needs to be met, an extra $5-$15 USD extra.
- Payment plans can be made for anything over $100, but I will not start the commission until it is fully paid.
- If I put my commissions on sale I am not obligated to refund you in any way.ADOPTABLES TOS- Please pay within 24 hrs of adopting the character. Payment plans will be discussed if you need to.
- After you adopt the character you are able to sell, trade, and edit the character if you are the owner. Just make sure to credit me as the original designer.
- Only the commissioner may use the designs that were made for them.You may not:- Sell my artwork in any way, shape, or form. (stickers, shirts, or any other merchandise).
- Claim my art as your own.
- Trace or heavily reference my artwork;.If anything is not on here I will be sure to message you about it and add it to these terms.-A commissioner will be blacklisted if you proceed to do anything problematic before or after I have done the commission.--
